Kuzco gave me

The dirtiest look yesterday!

I had just moved him into his permanent cage, put the cup feeder in there, and he instantly got the picture, but tried to go through the top (I forgot to cover it, as originally I was going to have the cup high enough up where he couldn't see)

Well, Kuzco was going straight for it, with me standing right in his cage, and I put my hand in the way b/c i didn't want him to get hurt. He looked up at me like "Are you kidding, you really just got between me and dinner? WTH is wrong with you" so I moved my hand to unhook the cup feeder, and he started going at it again, so I go in his way, again, and he looked like he wanted to hit me  then a worm crawled up on the branch right next to me and he went straight for it and ate it right in front of me.

For as much as I can't touch him or anything now, he doesn't seem to mind if I'm right there, putting food in or misting him and he wants to eat. He literally almost snatches his dinner out of my hands.

I've never had one that small. Is there a certain age they have to be to hold, or are you just waiting since you just got him? Mine looooooves the window. They'll just sit there staring out over the neighborhood, watching everyone coming and going.

His breeder told me to give him 2 weeks to just chill, but I handled pascal from the beginning and he was the tamest cham ever. But I don't want to ruin anything with Kuzco. I've only handled him twice, and he gets really pretty for me. I think i wanna show him the window!! :D:D:D

What kind do you have?

Pascal was a veiled, Kuzco is an ambilobe :)

Same here, they're day dreaming about jungles and bugs:D

:D I know right, but then it just makes me feel bad that he's in a cage. That's when I have to remind myself what a sweet set up we all try to give them. I wish I had someone hand feeding me and pampering me all day long.

I showed him the window :D He gets brighter when he isn't in the cage :) He kept faceplanting though haha. He really liked the couch, but it's leather so he wasn't getting anywhere  He's just so darn cute :)

Haha I bet he's super clumsy getting used to those legs. I haven't tried to take my guy anywhere but outside for sun. I would like to get him more used to just chilling with me while I work at my desk. Hmmmmm, possible free range set up to come? I did just order a bunch of flukers bend branches I don't know what to do with.

He is haha, He is very good at using his tail though. Strange, he was nearly black in the cage, but I brought him out and he was practically like a zebra, all light with stripes. He is a very curious little fellow.

Love him!!
