Yes, 9-12 crickets per day is too much. Even if she is gravid and adding egg weight, I wouldn't feed her that much.
Oh, by the way, my vote is that she's a she...but you guys knew that when I first asked for more pics.
For others out there reading about Fischer's or any Kinyongia, be very careful about not feeding too much! All chameleons are opportunistic feeders meaning they use MOST opportunities to eat eat eat because they don't know when the next meal may be. In captivity, food is plentiful and fairly consistent but they still do not adjust their INNATE behaviors. In my humble opinion, and Seeco could give you a better opinion, I would only offer her 4-6 crickets every other day or even once every 3 days. I hope this is helpful!
