WOW! I would say they are stolen pics. The guy doesn't live too far from me and I have it on my to do list to go and visit his chams. Maybe I should go and see his translucents and see what they really look like. You ought to send him a note telling him you caught him plagerizing your pics.

Actually Nick purchased all of Justin's Babies and has full permission to use the pics considering the chams are now his.:D

WOW thats a great price

I saw that ad this morning and was just searching to see where I saw those picture....totoally uncool, unless he had Justin's permission.

I just said he has permission from his friend Justin to use any and all photos.
Pay attention before you jump all over someone.

I did wholesale a few chameleons to Nick.
I also gave him permision to use some of my photos too.
Working 45-50 hours a week and traveling two hours a day has made it a bet difficult to care for 50 babies.

Just to clarify... You sold your chameleons to (judging by BOI thread response and length) the most questionable chameleon dealer (currently) on the net who is now selling YOUR 13 day old chameleons to the public... And also giving him your blessing to do this by letting him use your pictures in his king snake add... I just want to make sure that no incorrect assumptions are made here.

Yes, I sold him some of my chameleons.
When he plans to sell them is none of my business.
Yes, normally dealers would have bought them at a lower price as babies and raised them to a decent age before shipping.
Not sure if you do much selling much to pet stores and other dealers, but that is the nature of the pet industry.
I'm caught between a rock and a hard place with my job.
I can attempt to care for 50 babies, or I can wholesale some of them off to other people and insure the health of the ones i'm keeping.
If some one would like to come over to my house and look after them, then that would be a totally different story.
The previous comany I worked for filed chaper 11 overnight, and I ended up losing my job.
Guess where I kept my chameleons? Yes, at work.
A couple days later I got another job, and now I'm working 10-12 hours a day and traveling two hours a day.
I plan to hold on back my chameleons until they are old enough/the right size to ship.
That is unless the customer thinks they are capable of caring for a baby.
Which I've purchased several babies(only a few weeks old) from breeders.
Plus, Veileds are totally different from panthers. My veileds are almost the size of a two month old panther.
The eggs they hatched out of were the size of a quarter!
A photo is a photo to me, I could care less if everyone on this forum made it the background on their computer, avatar, profile background, website, etc.
That would just mean I take good pictures.:D
I would also highly doubt translucents veileds would go to a non-chameleons ethusiast home.
For the price tag(even 85$) when they are available for as low as 30$ for normals, then I'd imagine the people looking at them are serious keepers.
Serious keepers or even a novice should be able to handle something easy like a baby veiled chameleon.

I'm not in the hobby to make money, nor am I in it to be in pissing matches.
I just want to have fun and enjoy myself. You can't blame me for that.
Due to the things that transpired in the begininng of the month with my job, I had no other choice.

Not that I have any love for nick, and I am a firm believer in the idea that you are judged by the company you keep. Both in life and in business.
However, he may have acquired rights to use that photo of the lilies, so you can't exactly accuse him of plagiarism for that one unless you know for sure..

How about when he used a photo of Xerxis from Screameleons and cropped out the name and screameleons.com?

This is not a new thing.

Also, I am totally disappointed in you, Justin.
