She is very stressed out and adjusting to her new setup. There is much more foliage and hiding places. Is there anyway to help her adjust to it? I don't want her stressed out.

The only way to help her adjust is to stay completely away as much a possible. It sucks but that is the best way to help her adjust.

Just do what you normally do, feed and water her the same as in the old cage. She will be fine, honest.
