Just got the bee pollen i ordered.

whats the best way to grind it down? I bought the pollen for my chameleon mia but im wondering would it be ok to put a little pollen in my crested gecko's food as well?

I feed mine to the crix as is. I s'pose you could put some in a sandwich bag, cover with a thin cloth and bash it ith a rolling pin or such. Never tried doing that with pollen though.

I just blended it in with some other veggies/fruits/greens and made a gutload 'salad' which the crix seem to like. I wasn't sure if the crix would eat just bee pollen straight up.

I use it in my crix gutload. I get mine like that, too, but you can use a mortar and pestle to grind it down, similar to this one: http://www.mantisplace.com/feederinsects.html

I just put the grains in with the rest of my gutload for the crickets. You can buy the pollen at health food stores.

get a little hand held electric coffee grinder for $10.

Will powder it in a few seconds.

Crix LOVE the 'balls' of bee pollen. I have seen my crix fight over it and carry it around in their mouths, lol! They even snatch it out of each other's mouths too!
