Welcome to the forum Entold.
There are many Jackson's keepers here who are willing to share their experience.
Unfortunately, you've only partially answered some of the "How to ask for help" questions and ignored some others.
The questions are asked because the answers really make a difference in determining what can be wrong.
The more complete information you give, the more people will be able to help.

Feeding - Large crickets, dusted everyday.

This is actually dusting much too often for Jackson's and he should have other insects in his diet too.
Also, what are you dusting the crickets with?

Watering - Mister, bottle dripping, manual misting

That sounds about right, as long as these methods are being used for long enough time periods to encourage him to drink and allow him to drink enough--which might not be happening since you mention reddish feces (?).

There are 2 parts to chameleons' poop. 1 part is the urate and the other is the feces.
The urate should be white, not pink, orange, red, etc. Any color besides white indicates dehydration.
The second part is actually the feces and the color can vary depending on what the cham has eaten.
Solid feces and urate is good. Loose, watery, or mucus laden feces or urate is not good.

3 of his feet or 3 of his toes? It is really impossible to know what is wrong, especially without a clear close picture.
It could be an infection or a burn or gout--all of which should be treated by a vet who regularly treats reptiles--preferably one with plenty of chameleon experience.
Nobody really wants to hear that they should take their cham to a vet but it is very often the only way to help the chameleon.

I hope this helps you.

Entold - Was following up to this post. My Jackson has a similar lump on his foot that also has a black tip. I have not taken him to the Vet yet but was wondering if you have taken yours. Curious to know what they say.
