Jackson horn question

My boy friend is looking into buying a new Jackson chameleon and we went to our local pet supplier who has always been really reliable and knowledgeable on reptiles. Unfortunately he didn’t have any in stock so he ordered us one two days ago and the little guy came in today. Before we go to purchase him we asked for a photo, upon receiving it we noticed the center horn was oddly shooting straight up to the sky. Should we be concerned? Attached is said photo..

Simply because when you're purchasing a chameleon not rescuing, which is a whole different circumstance, you want to purchase a healthy animal without any visual deformities. The fact that they would also want to sell you one like that makes me wonder what kind of shadyness is going on with them. He could be fine.... Or he could be inbred with internal problems you can't see. Your wallet and your call though.
