Jackson head bobbing

Hello,
This morning I went in to feed Rex our jackson and he started head bobbing at me. He was a pretty green color w a turquoise on his neck area and just started head bobbing. He then walked over near me and just stared at me. We have only had him about 3.5 weeks and I haven't seen this before. Is this a positive or negative sign?

Thanks

some males do it more than others but its a fairly common thing, especially in the presence of other chams especially male xanths, ( i would recommend blocking his view if thats the case), juveniles seem to do it the most. jmo

Monty doesn't head bob at me, but he bobs like mad if he catches a glimpse of himself in the mirror! I presume it is a warning to the 'other' male as well as using the head bob as a 'chat up' for the ladies, lol!:D I do so love my little man!

I saw Monty's head bob video. He is so cute. We really love Rex. It's been a real struggle but I am sure it will get better. He wasn't eating for a while but he has started eating from my hand, only 1 or so bugs a day, but it's progress. Now if he would just learn to eat from the bowl we would be golden.
