He's being over fed. How old is he? Overfeeding makes them grow to fast and bones will grow to fast and will not grow properly most likely causing MBD later in life.

5 months old i asked in a different thread if anyone thought i was feeding too much and everyone said as long as hes not fat let him eat what he wants. to me he doesn't look fat and he eats almost all 30 crickets in his cage that are free ranging in about an hour. if this is wrong ill feed him less god knows it will save me a bunch of money.

He sure doesn't look fat. Maybe the crickets you're feeding him are too small? But imo if he shed just two weeks ago he's growing a little to fast.

the crickets are the exact size as the width between his eyes... i wish i knew why he started to eat so much. as far as weight gos some one on here had a blog about weight and rate of growth and he seems to be following it almost perfectly

Well as long as he's healthy! He could be hitting a growth spurt, maybe he'll slow down in a few months. I like his blues by the way :)!

thanks these colors are all that he will show me... i just cant get him to fire up. he just went from almost all green to almost all blue.

My Veil ate like your Panther when he was little and he did not out grow his eating and still eats just as much as when he was a wee one. I am curious where or who says MBD can be caused by over feeding?
