when joe got back from camping i asked if i could just keep her, he said, ya, i figured you'd ask that, shes yours. i'm working 24 hours tomorrow, but tuesday i'll be taking this little lady to the vet! :D shes already doing so much better, but i think she has a bacteria over-growth or a parasite. she is still keeping her eyes closed alot. i'm also gonna find out about her egg situation. i'm so FREAKIN EXCITED! :D :D :D :D

and she pooped yesterday for the first time in a week, how YAY!

EDIT, boyfriend just informed me that he doesn't like the name lilly. guess i'll have to let ya'll know what we decide on...

congrats! At least now she will get the care she needs in hopes of making a full recovery! Is "Annie" for orphan annie? :)

If at all possible, keep putting her out in the sun. Nothing comes close in regards to the UVB's (and all the good things that go along with it), like the sun can. Just keep a close eye on the temps.

Wishing you and your cham nothing but positive vibes towards her good health again.

yep little orphan annie :)

heres a picture i just took of her sleeping

and oh yes, she will spend lots of time in the sun, not only is it good for her, but i can shut her lights off while shes not in there and save a few pennies on the electric bill :D i'm cheap, i know... or how 'bout we call it being Green...ya... :)

Annie is already looking better since you took her in. I think with a quick vet visit you can't help but be ok. She will make a full recovery with any luck at all. congrats on your new child!!!!:D:D:D

Dr Kamaka has gotten good reviews from chameleon keepers, not sure on her pricing. I think it is reasonable.

Dr Maas in Bothell is controversial, you either love him or don't care for him  He is a bit pricey for my tastes.

so i'm taking her to browns point vet. clinic. the earliest opening is thursday at 5pm. i have no doubt that she will survive until then so i feel okay with waiting. :)

its better late than never

Congratulations!

This is great news! I'm so excited for this girl. Best thing that could have happened to her. How could I not notice that you live in Seattle? Wow :) I am going to have an open house sometime in August. I hope you will be able to come. In any case, I hope you can make it to the October show in October. A bunch of us in the area hang out together and go out to dinner after the show. Now I know what weather you are dealing with. You can take her out on overcast days to as long as it is warm enough. There's still plenty of UVB on our cloudy Pacific NW days. Let us know what the vet says. Hurray :)
