Where are you getting that they shouldn't be sprayed directly from? You have multiple threads open. We already said NO it does them nothing. Don’t spray them directly, they dink off of the leaves.
my point is they don't benefit from it unless they drink it off their skin (i've never heard of a cham doing this) and its a myth that they hydrate through their skin.Where are you getting that they shouldn't be sprayed directly from?
Direct misting is not going to hurt anything but I take the attitude that if the cham reacts in a negative manner then why continue doing it? Just causes needless stress which you don't want to put on your cham.
That is absolutely ridiculous. You should mist your chameleon directly nearly every day in captivity. This is required to keep their eyes clean.my point is they don't benefit from it unless they drink it off their skin (i've never heard of a cham doing this) and its a myth that they hydrate through their skin.
I think this is my fault. I said I wouldn’t spray directly and I should have specified while in shed again my bad. I’m ready for the angry facesWhere are you getting that they shouldn't be sprayed directly from?
Jox! You forced my hand, I didn’t want to do this but you left me no choice!I’m ready for the angry faces
