Not trying to start a deabte or anything. Just curious, the Did you know just know, said that F. Oustaletis are the largest chameleon at up to 27 inches? I thought Parsons were the largest and got bigger?

I think oustalets get longer but parsons get heavier.

Well I also thought that may be the case. Thing is they said 27 inches, and from what I can find Parsons also attain 27 inches and a lot heavier.

I have seen other sites suggest Ousts are longer but they said they get to 30" long?

I think the average is 27 incheswith oustalets and they can reach 30 inches sometimes. The parsons more regularly stays shorter in length I think but not sure.

Everywhere I have seen says parsons will reach 27 as well, and 1.5 lbs.

However I dont know either?

Yes but they usually go by the average, are you looking up the average?

Ya, all the parsons resources say Parsons get 27 inches long. I dont know if they mean average or max they dont really specify. If you search parsons the top 10 sites all claim 27 inches, do the same for ousts, you get 27-28.

I belive there is not one largest but those ones get to the biggest sizes.
Parsons are the heaviest, oustaleti the longest and melleri is somewhere in between.
atleast thats how I have understood it
