Is this normal behavior?

I noticed a behavior in Cleo this week, don't see it has a bad one though and kinda cute.

I was sat at the other side of the room and Cleo could clearly see me, could see her two eyes peeking over the top of her plant at me, so I got up and went to feed her, she ate 6-7 crickets in about an hour and a half and after I saw her come down to the bottom of the tank and just sit at the glass, both front feet on the class looking at me, I picked her up stroked her and put her back and sat back down.

And about 10 minutes had passed and she did the same thing again! Her two eyes looking dead at me as though she was waiting for me pick her up.

I wanted to ask, is this ok to do? She doesn't seem stressed and goes a lovely bright green when holding her :)

I know alot of people will say it's bad to hold them besides the absolute minimal but I find if they enjoy it and your hands are clean there's really no harm.

You may have well hit the cham jack pot man.

From the sounds of it your cham is in a glass enclosure? Make sure you watch your temps/ humidity. It could be less than ideal for it which would be why it wants out?

Its not a glass emclosure, the front is but the rest is wood but he can't seen himself anyway as its in a shaded area of the lounge.

Thats awesome! some animals just like attention.. others are so paranoid that when you come close they panic but it sounds like you have a good bond with your animal. Some people own a chameleon its whole life and its not comfortable being held. You scored!
