is this left over shed?

I picked up my guy 4 weeks today. And even when I bought him I noticed a small speck of white on his right arm. Have always figured it was left over she'd and still think so. Could it be possible?

In my care I haven't seen him shed yet but he has grown, about a week or so ago thought he might be going into one but never happened and during that time was increasing the mistings but that speck is still there

Looks like shed to me my little guy had similar when I got him I just wet my fingers and gently rubed it off real easy. Some people use a cotton bud. Wont hurt to leave it there either though

probably just leave it, he wont stay still long enough to do anything will prob try to climb the qtip as it aproached him likewise with my hand
