Not really normal but not uncommon. They will find the best spot to sleep and sleep there most nights normally on top of a branch with tail coiled. Occasionally they will sleep elsewhere and upside down or other unusual positions lol
Yeah they kinda fall out where ever they are when lights go off. Some will already be in sleeping spots prior and some pass out on their way there.
No lights are on in this photo this is just how bright my camera takes pics... He normally sleeps on the branch that his front feet are on. But lights went out before he got there so he passed out in this awkward position.
