Is this a Burn?

I noticed today my chameleon had these black markings, is this a burn? Because if so i will take him to the vet

Is the black on the tail indented?

Is this he chameleon with the bump under its chin?
If so, was it a papilloma?

Yes it is The vet said it looks like a papiloma but he wont look at the bump yet as he said it was still small instead he said my chameleon looks dehydrated so he told me i have to rehydrate my chameleon and gave me a syringe and liquid vitamins and hydration salt and he told me to rehydrate him till he got my hydrated but then i saw another bump that looks more like a papiloma on him so i was planning on taking him to the vet but then i also noticed the black markings

That makes me think maybe fungus.

I will go back to the vet anyway as i noticed he had gotten another bump on his skin.

I went to the vet and it was a burn as the burnt skin started to come off so the vet prescribed cream to put on the fresh skin. But i have a few questions that i didnt ask the vet which were How long does it take the burn to heal? And how do i know if its healing? If anyone is able to answer that would be most appreciated
