Is she just fat, edema, or gout?

Her left front foot looked a little chunky to me earlier and I didn’t get that pic. But I got these. I got a late start on cutting back her food until this week, I felt bad about not feeding her every day. So now it’s been every other day.

Edema is always around the neck area/ Gular area so throat... Very noticeable and I see no signs of that.

Gout is normally quite noticable as well. You see full swelling typically on the joints of the limb. They have issues using the limb and can also hang it off branches.

Based on her casque thickness she does not look fat to me either.
