Big update.
I replaced the 80watt UVA, UVB and heat MV bulbs with 60 watt incandescents mini flood lamps for heating.

I lowered my plant lights. My Sheflerra all seem to like them!

I replaced my T8 strips with T5 HO 5.0. And placed the most commonly used perches 8 to 12" away.
I will now use my vitamin/ dusting WITH D3 just once every two weeks.

I'm ordering a Solarmeter 6.5 on Monday
What do you think?

My 3rd cage is much smaller and still has a 24" T8 fixture on it, but I've upped it to a 10.0.
The Chameleon in that cage usually sits very near the top within 6" of the fixture.
