Not my Chameleon but one that I see is for sale. I have never had one so am new to this but to me that chameleon looks sick or has some kind of health issues any advice?
Is he sick?

Poor baby doesn’t look so good. Much too thin and from the board on top, doubtful the baby has been getting any uvb and I doubt that any/many of its needs are being met. Very sad.

The poor thing looks maybe a bit thin, but with a good new loving home, a bit of dedication and the correct husbandry, I think savable. IMHO worthy doing it. At least at first glance no signs of MBD, which would be a good thing.
Giving them a chance and saving them from their poor start of life, can sometimes work out remarkable. Saved 2 chameleons over a period of time, which lived already for a year in poor conditions. One set a record in age and other is also indestructible tank
