Hello everyone, I would like to ask for your help and I would really appreciate any replies,
Chameleon Info:
Cage Info:
Current Problem - His right eye looks very wrinkly (see photo). Is this an infection? I am worried about his health.
Any info would help, thanks a lot in advance
Chameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - He is a male veiled chameleon and his name is Bob. He is about 20 months old and I have had him since he was 2 weeks old.
- Handling - I used to handle him almost every day but nowadays I usually handle him once per week.
- Feeding - I am feeding him with crickets and zophobas superworms once a day. (It is really hard to get any other types of food in our country)
- Watering - I have 2 dripping systems that drip from the top of his cage, I see him drink every day and I mist once per day
- Fecal Description - He has not been tested for parasites. His poop looks normal compared to other photos.
- History - I have noticed this about 2 weeks ago
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - He is in a Repti Planet 91 x 45 x 90 cm cage
- Lighting - He has 2 Basking Lights and 2 UVB lights. They turn on at 6 AM and turn off at 9:30 PM
- Temperature - About 27°C
- Humidity - Varies throughout the day
- Plants - I have 3 live plants and a fake one. The large one is a Ficus, a Draceana and the small one is an Epipremnum Aureum
- Placement - The cage is about 80 cm off the ground, it is in my room next to my computer, he only sees me and rarely our dogs
- Location - South Slovakia
