Irritated/infected foot pads?

Seems to be on all four feet. I'm hoping it is just red from a tree branch that had reddish bark on it. I took it out but just want to make sure it's not an infection :/ I tried rubbing it off gently with water and nothing came off so I'm not sure. Anyone seen anything similar to this?

Looks like dye or maybe a little irritated but doesn't look bad. Keep an eye on it.

Have you tried washing it off?

How about applying neosporipn just in case?
