Introducing my new cham McLovin!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share pics of my new 4 month old panther cham, McLovin! Ive had him a little over a week now and he is still a little shy but he's getting better. He just finished shedding for the first time and has a little left on his head but Ive been misting him a little more to help him out. Ill keep posting pics as he gets older.

P.S. I dont know if you can see in one of his photos but he has what looks like scabs on his nose. When he arrived he was like that and my vet said it happens when they rub there noses on the containers on the way to there new owners. He also said it would go away after a few sheds. Anyone have this happen to them before.
Thanks and look for McLovin in the near future.

Nice cham!
I didn't see any significant nose-rubbing scabs in your pix - my guy has taken advantage of the opportunity to rub his nose on window screen and it looks a little scarred and battered, but there's no infection and he doesn't seem at all perturbed by it. Yours (so minimal I can't see it) should be fine after a shed or two, provided there's nothing abrasive for him to keep rubbing it on.

Thanks guys,
Im really excited to have McLovin but also have the newbie jitters. Thanks to everyone on the forum, you have been very helpful on getting me ready for McLovin.

Thats awesome, what a cute little guy. Is it an ambanja or ambilobe? I'm still new to chams and can't always pick them out. Congratulations on him! I can't wait until my first cham is ready

congrats nice looking chameleon, looks like mine, frost, where did you get him from, mine is going on 5 months! so there really close in age

He is a bluebar ambilobe from Kammerflage chams. The owners were really nice and helpful. I must have called them like 10 times in one day and they answered all my questions and had a ton of patience. I would recommend them to anyone.
