Insect Breeding?

I have become very interested in breeding my own food. I was curious to know what people think is the easiest to breed. I know crickets can be messy and as we ALL know like to jump. I've heard of people breeding roaches, but the fear of some getting loose in my house scares me.
What does everyone think? I want something that doesn't cost to much to start. I already have a nice tub with a lid that I can use.

Basically you need to provide four things for your Blaptica Dubia: food, water, shelter, and warmth. In the picture above you can see a dish of water crystals and a dish of our popular Mega Nutrient Protein Diet. Roach Flats are used for shelter and are stacked by altering the straight and jagged edges as each Roach Flat is added -- Roach Flats are available in the store and are much better than egg flats. It is best to avoid too much humidity so ventilation is also an important consideration. For warmth you can use heat tape under the tub, Keep the lid on the tub to help keep the heat in if your colony is not set up in a heated room. Temperatures of 80F to 95F will keep your Blaptica Dubia breeding. Maintaining temperatures in the higher range will speed up growth and production. Blaptica Dubia take a while to get ramped up but are basically very simple to maintain and the best feeder roach by far.

Yes there is.

EDIT: Dubai roaches dont infest.

Looking for information on how to breed...housing seeds? incubator? bury their seeds? etc.

Put em in a plastic box with egg crates, feed them dog food and fruit/veggies for water, keep them in the dark and over 90 degrees. End of story! They do the rest. No substrate.
