All I can say Is this dry roach food is incredible. My roaches are going crazy for it I took a couple of picks during there dinner and I was shocked with the results of my picks. Check out the picks.

This is what I found on the bag. This is not homemade and I would still gutload my feeders for 48-72 hrs before feeding to my chams.
