Identify this worm in my cage

I found this very small worm in my cage and have no idea how it got there. I have live plants so it could have possibly gotten in from the soil but I changed it when I bought it. I'm just wondering if there is anyway it could have come been a parasite and came from his poop...

Oh and it was very small. About the size of a hair
The worm was alive.

Looks to be a species of earthworm. It hard to ID which one from those images since its so small, also knowing where the plant was grown and were the potting soil cam from would help.
