Ideal egg laying setup

Just wondering what you people use as a setup for female veileds. I.E. do you have a small container filled with dirt in their cage and when you see them digging move them to an 10 -20 gallon fish tank filled with egg laying material or do you just use one container. Also how do you get rid of the eggs? Would a hermit crab enclosure or something similar work?

I keep egg laying containers in all of my females enclosures. all of them have layed successfully that way, so I have never had to move them into something larger. What do you mean when you say "get rid of the eggs", could you clarify on that please?

Dispose, discard of the infertile eggs since i don't plan on mating her. Also what is the size of the container in gallons and dimensions that people use and where to buy the container.

You can just throw them in the garbage if that is the case. As far as containers, I use solid color buckets from home depot. 10-12" deep with laying substrate.

I have limited space in height in her enclosure because of hanging plants and would like to know what the minimum depth of the container can be because of the said issue the length and width won't be much of a problem though.

Most people (myself included) would say 10".

But what is the circumference of the pot you only are giving me one dimension.

10 to 12 inch diameter, with at least 10 inches of substrate (sand and peat or just play sand) moist enough to build a sand castle or dig a tunnel that won't collapse.
Make sure to have a branch or vine go into the bin for easy access.
