It has very vibrant colors so isnt it probably a male because dont alot of chameleon species have brighter males than females... Im by no means an expert but thats wut i think
 
It IS a female. jannb had a blog for this. look up her user name a read her blogs. this is cham i dont really know anything about so hopefully someone who knows something about them wull contact you.

Yes, mainly males are brighter than females. however when a female cham is receptive or gravid, they can become very bright.
 
I put A laying bin for her, but she didn't even get close from the bin, should i check my Vet??? maybe she need surgery !!!!!
 
Is she still eating? Certainly a laying bin is not going to hurt; she knows what to do and when to use it. I'd be inclined to think those are receptive or resting colours; gravid Ch. africanus females tend to have dark or a black background not bright green.
