I think Reptar was humping my hand...

So I have had Reptar (year old Veiled) for about a week now. Last night was only the second time I was able to hold him, as he is quite aggressive. I was holding him with my left hand, and switched to my right hand. My hand was sitting vertical, with my four fingers parallel with the ground. His front feet were on my my index finger (top) and his back feet were on my ring finger (bottom). He began to move towards my wrist, and he began bouncing back and forth with my index and middle finger rubbing between his legs.

Needless to say, I became quite uncomfortable and quickly put him back in his cage...LOL!

So my question is:
Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Do you think he was (for lack of better words) humping my hand, or do you think it was just coincidental?
