hello and welcome to the forum.
veileds will eat some fruits and veggies. i use friuts like kiwi, grape, cantelope, stawberries, and veggies squash, carrot, and kale or other leafy greens.
some are better than others and some should be avoided all together.
i always wash the fruit very well and remove and skin or seeds, and give pieces that are the same size as the bugs i would feed.
another member "ferrtinmyshoes" has a good link i will see if i can find it.

Hello, welcome to the forum :) Here's another great caresheet specifically for Veileds that has all the basics in one place - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/chameleonsinmyhouse/395-veiled-chameleon-care-sheet.html
I'm pretty sure tomato fruit is ok for feeding (not that mine bother eating much fruit and veg, often they aren't interested at all) and gutloading, just not tomato leaves......
Here's another link to gutloading basics - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/ferretinmyshoes/446-basics-gutloading.html
