I have another snail question

Okay, I finally have a whole lot of baby snails, so, how large can they get and still be able to feed to my chams?
I mean, their shells get hard at some point, so how do I know if their shell is too hard for feeding?

Someone said dime size?!

And no, I'm not going to pop one in my mouth to find out how cruntchy they are :)

Well my jackson is the only one that will eat them so I only feed smallish ones. Also if you give them less calcium their shells arent as hard.

I wait until they are about dime size, no bigger, for my Jax. He handles that size just fine. He loves the crunchiness.

I feed them up until they're the size of a dime, and I start feeding them off when they're pea sized. Both my panthers are liking them. Oscar took a couple tries before deciding they weren't rocks, lol. Otto went for them right away.

So far, all my guys eat them, which is great news, because I was afraid after all the trouble I went through, my guyz would not touch them.
