Hi,
Just looking for some guidance, I’ve had my Cham for over a year now he is around 14 months old and everything has been going great. He was sold to me as a boy and has obvious spurs on his feet. However, just recently he has been at the bottom of his tank which is very out of character. He’s eating ok so I’m not concerned that he’s looking for food. I thought he could possibly be constipated, so he’s had a warmish shower to see if that gets things moving for him. His diet has stayed consistent, so I’m not to sure if it would be this anyway as surely constipation would have happened before. However, after researching online all signs are pointing that he/she might be looking for a place to lay eggs or even find a male hence why he’s on the floor. So now I’m here doubting myself, panicking as I don’t have a nesting box and the last thing I would want is if he is a she, is for her to become egg bound. So do I need to rush out and get a nest, any help would be much appreciated.
