Helping them shed

Quick question, when my chameleon sheds is it ok to aid them or just to leave them to shed themselfs?

I find it really tempting to peel it off but I dont want to risk it in case it's affects him.

No do not peel it off. thats very bad for them. if you must "help" mist more or use a shed aid. althought it shuddnt be and probally isnt needed

Thanks for the reply, iv not done it but just very tempting.. Kinda like peeling sunburn lol! I always mist him a little more when he's shedding
