How Wet or Dry?

I took my pygmy eggs out of the moss and put them in vermiculite after I had mixed warm water in it. I was just wondering how wet or how dry should this stuff be? I have read that the eggs can go bad if to wet or to dry, so I just wanted to know what you all think. Right now I have it moist and with 90% humity and a temp of 75 degrees. How would you sugesst to get it wet if I need to add water to it? I don't want to move the eggs out everytime it needs more water(that is probably bad to do). Any sugesstions would help! Thanks

I have heard you want to be able to pick the stuff up and have it sticky but not be able to squeeze it and have water drip from it. I wish I had pygmy eggs.
