How smelly is too smelly for poop?

I came home today and opened Marty's cage to look for and clean out his daily poop. I noticed the smell of them not when I was standing near the cage but when I went to closely inspect (my nose was probably in line with the perimeter of his 18x18x36 cage.

It seemed more pungent than usual, but I thought it looked fairly normal.

The poop 101 thread mentions that it shouldn't really smell. Is the range of smell I specified cause for concern?

IME it will smell a little, but if it is obvious terrible/room clearing that is when you need to be concerned. Some feeders seem to impact it as well, snails for example seem to give the poop a weird smell lol.
Gotta keep that dang dog out of the garden!! He must be eating snails.wheew?
