How should I breed chams

Just so you know it is VERY expensive to breed chams, especially the feeders. You'll want to make sure she's atleast a year old for health reasons, show one to the other, if the female is fine let them be together, if she hisses, gapes, changes bad colors, etc, try again in a few days.

How much experience do you have with chameleons? I wouldn't try it unless you've successfully kept chameleons without problems. Even then its something very time consuming and not easy to do.
Also, keep a female before breeding and understand what goes on while she is developing eggs and what you are supposed to do when she has to lay them. Also understand what actions you are to take if anything should go wrong while laying the eggs.
There are many variables that come into play when breeding chameleons. Do you have the money? Its much more expensive than you think. Do yo have the time? They require at least 5x more time to be properly taken care of. Have you thought of who is gonna buy the babies, if they hatch? Have you given thought that in most cases, people will not make money off of offspring as they are very expensive. If you are looking to breed in order to make a "quick" buck, I'd do something else instead. I say "quick" as in the more common species (veileds and panthers) eggs will take around 8-9 months to hatch, and can go on for much longer.
Do you have the appropriate setup for the babies? Do you have enough space to house them as they get older? Do you know how to culture the food they require? Do you have enough space for the food they require? What if something goes wrong, do you have the money for veterinary care? If the female has a prolapse, are you gonna be able to properly care for her and give her the vet attention she needs?

Its not as easy as it sounds. Use the search function and learn as much as possible and then decide if you really want to get into breeding. Dont do it as an impulse.

By the way, I am not discouraging breeding, I am just trying to make you think about some of the things that go into breeding.
