How old?

You really can't tell with much accuracy. Growth rates can vary dramatically depending on husbandry. Veileds for example can take anywhere from 4 to 8 months to reach maturity.

Welcome to the forums. I would guess her age to be 2 to 3 months old. I have a blog for new keepers that I'm attaching for you below. It has a section for females and a special link about females. I'm also attaching my egg laying/laying bin blog. Females can and often do lay eggs without a male even being around.

Thanks!! :) That helps a lot as well!! :) I had already read somewhere that you needed to have the egg laying bin and all set up, but I didn't know that it happened very often.
