How often? ?????

so my lola had been eatin consistently daily on small/medium crickets 5/6 and silk worms small/medium 5/6 for the past 2/3 weeks ( prior to this she was on hunger strike for 8 ish weeks )
how often or how muh would you reccomend she shpuld be eating now shes bein consistan? she's 11 months this month

I feed my adult females around 4 feeders depending on the size 3 times a week but if they are skinny, weak or sickly then I feed more.

this is lola now she all well now apart from not pooping much!!

she Wait's on her perch in exactly same spot every morning for food to b put in now , so don't really want to take away daily feeding as it took along time for her to tart feedin again.
