how nutritious are super worms

im just curious how nutritious super worms are for my chameleon? i feed silk worms and crickets right now but was wanting to add another feeder to my chams diet.

they are not very good, they are only supposed to be given as treats, maybe one or two every few days

They can be alright, when gutloaded. Fairly high fat content.
Supers, when gutloaded and lightly calcium dusted, can form up to 20% of your chameleons diet. They would make an alright addition to the crickets and silkworms. Try to add a few more options as well.
