How much calcium for baby bearded dragon

Picking him/her up Wednesday or Thursday once i've finished setting the viv up. Anyway i've been looking online about dusting the beardies food and im confused, different sites say different things so bit of help from here would be great. How much calcium with D3 and how much without D3? Is it the same as chameleons? He/she is 4months old.
