How many Superworms is enough?

Hey guys what is a good amount of Superworms to give in a feeding? I gave her three tonight because she was super excited and went crazy while it was wiggling around in my fingers. Just curious though, I killed the worm before she ate it because I have heard of them biting the stomach of whatever they are eaten by. Do you guys do the same? Was just wondering thanks guys

No worries the supers won't bite the stomach. But you shouldn't feed supers as the main douse either only a once and a while thing I feed the white freshly mooted ones to my chams the exxoskelaton is harder on supers then I think all... Other feeders.which in turn makes them harder to digest

Now all I have heard about supers is that they are better than Meal worms because their shells have a lower amount of Chitlin in them and it is easier to digest :/

They are better than mealworms. Dont worry about killing them. They wont bite the insides, but if the chameleon gets it by the tail it can whip around and grab the chameleon's face. The chameleon usually learns really quickly to get the head end if that happens.

Dont feed them too often as some chameleons will decide that they only want supers and go on hunger strikes. They can be fed regularly though as long as they are well gutloaded.

I agree with Pssh and would like to add since you have a female I wouldn't feed supers very often at all. I give my 7 month old female veiled one absolutely no more than two a week.

Okay I will go off of what he said, thank you for the advice. What I had been doing though is grabbing the super worm by the head with my pocket plyers(they are like mini lol) and just squeezing the head til it gives very little movement, enough to entice her to eat it So it worked very well. I have also heard of those hunger strikes with several peoples postings on the forum so I will cut back a little, I just want to involve more foods into her diet, so far she has had Supers, obviously crickets, Kale, and wax worms that arent fed often at all.
