How hot is too hot for outside.

I live in south Louisiana so it is very humid and the heat is getting up there. It gets around 85-90 on a sunny day. Could I take my cham outside to soak up some rays tomorrow if it is the temperature i described above? Also, could i take her outside when it gets really hot in the summer when it is around 98?

shade! Direct sun is not nessesary for the absorbtion of UV rays, since they bounce off various media and reflect. A cooler spot in unfiltered daylight will still see your lizard get Uv.
They can enjoy sun though, as a general rule, if its too hot for you, its probably too hot for your much smaller lizard.
Gaping (holding the mouth open) is a sure sign your animal is trying to cool down.
Overall lighter colors (in direct sun) also indicate its probably had enough.
Simply ensure your animal has access to shade at all times outdoors in summer, use common sense and you wont go far wrong. :)
