These are the lights, she eats crickets, mealworms, silkworms, etc. Sometimes vita bug gut loader crickets

Her lights are inadequate for chameleons. I highly recommend getting the proper lighting for her as it is essential for their bone health. A linear tube fixture, T5HO, is what is recommended.
Also what supplements are you prividing her? Do you dust the crickets before you give them to her?
I suggest you cut out the mealworms completely as they are not very nutritious and difficult to digest.
Please let us know what the vet says.

Ok, the UVB bulb you are currently using is not recommended for chameleons at all. I suggest switching over to the Zoo Med T5 HO

This comes with the hood and a bulb. The bulb will need to be replaced every 6 months so keep up with that!
