Weight and length?

weight wise it totally varies. i have seen full grown adults weigh 130 grams or so and then you have a chameleon like mine that is in the 250-260 gram range. As far as the length i would say nose to vent about 8 inches and then adding the tail maybe another 8 inches or so.

I am not 100% sure that is true if you mean size wise. I have seen very large chameleons raised in cages that were way too small and they still grew. If you mean general care then yes. Now, what you feed and how much you feed and how healthy your feeders are fed is a different story.
