Chameleon Feeding Schedules

I am curious what we feed our chams, how often, their size and weights, and do you notice any weight changes seasonally (or any other odd tidbit).
Just info to add to my disorganized mental database.
Might also be a nice reference if people are concerned or wondering about their husbandry.

I'm going to use the space between a Cham's eyes as an 'average' size bug.

Sex & Species: Male Panther
Age: 13 months
Length (without tail): (will check when home)
Weight: (will check when home)
Regular meal: 2-3 slightly larger than average dubias
Meal timing: Every 2 days
Treats: Occasional superworm or hornworm (no more than 1per week)
Other: Does not take to fruit or veggies

Sex & Species: Male veiled/oustalet's
Age: 13+ months
Length (without tail): average adult
Weight: average adult. Tails have line down them, but no bone structure, so average fat levels
Regular meal: 3-4 adult male dubia or 1 "queen". 90 day winter this is cut in half, at least it would be 1 queen every 2 weeks. No drop in weight during this time, just extreme slow down in activity
Meal timing: Offered sat and sunday, no meals during the week. Normally only eat one meal unless shedding.
Treats: Superworm or left over cricket mid week.
Other: Veiled always has some leafy green on a chip clip just to defoliate
