Hoppers dying?

Hi,
I recently bought 3 tubs of hoppers and have them kept in 2 5L tubs. They have cardboard tubes in, and are fed on kale, apple, squash and spinach. But every day I’m coming home to find another 1 or 2 have died - is there a reason for this? They were an online purchase from a reputable reptile shop, they arrived with me just under a week ago.
Thanks

I assume you're talking about crickets/locusts and to answer your question... they just dont live very long. I always buy a little more than I need to avoid losing too many.

Yes sorry, young locusts.
Darn, that’s a shame. Although I thought it was something I was doing so kind of a relief! Thank you

If you're talking about nymphs, they shouldn't be dying. Otherwise, its pretty normal since who knows how old they are
