Holding Steve!

I finally got to hold my Veiled Cham Steve today! I have been putting my hand in the cage everyday as well as hand feeding him and after all the hissing and running away he finally came to me. This is what he looks like let me know what you think.

That is awesome that he finally came to you to let you hold him. Keep taking time with him and he will learn to trust you more and more. At least this is what I have been reading from other members.

Congrats!Yea mine trusted me a lot till he realized how small his cage was. Still angry at me but his big cage is coming very soon haha

His cage is 12 by 12 by 24 so it's a decent size. My other veiled will crawl all over me. Ever since the day I bought him he has hated his cage and as soon as I open the top he crawls right up my arm and when I try to put him back he runs the other way right back to my shoulder lol. Every Cham is different, I'm just glad I got to hold both of mine.

Not quite sure.... He is about 4 to 5 inches now. So maybe about 3 months. But I kinda new to this so I'm not exactly sure

I hope I can keep handling him at least once a week because I really like interacting with him and letting him crawl on my arm lol
