Much to my husbands dislike im thinking of getting chameleon no2. I currently have a 12mth old male Veild called miller, i have had him for 7 months and all has gone well BUT now i think maybe just one more wouldnt hurt and was thinking of getting a panther can i have some info on the diffrence in care between these guys. i have a breeder a few miles from me that is currently selling

what kind of info are you looking for?
panther care is similar to veileds. They have less tolerance for temp extremes.

Oooh! Lucky you! I am so jealous - I wish I had room for one of those 'all blue' panthers like the one Silverdusk has! I would ask to go and visit to see the parents - that way you will see what the babies will look like later on.

What a great selection to choose from, how lucky you are. I keep both veileds and panthers. I house them the same. I might use a bit hotter basking temp for the veileds and I find the panthers are a much gentler chameleon than a veiled. But I must admit the first time I got bit was by a panther who was only 3 months old, over 2 years now and very gentle, I love him to death. He is a red bar ambiliobe. I have only had ambiliobes so don't know about the others. I think that is pretty much a color choice. Have fun picking out the new one and don't forget our pictures.

I'm getting chameleon number two soon too... but then after the second one I Have to wait for my kids to move out and converting their rooms in chameleon rooms.. .. although its still a ways away minimum 5 years for one room and 9 years for the other Lmao I'm still not sure what to get between a Nosy Be all blue and the Mena-ombilahy (Red Bull) lookin ones from Kammerflage Kreations but its gonna be one of those

He has them all at his home so i think i will
