His first shed!

So last night I checked on my little and fed him and he looked normal. This morning when I get up and check on him its like his skin exploded! he has chunks coming off, Im hoping that once he is done I'll be able to see a little more color in him.

Is it normal for a Chameleon to not want to eat while shedding? Because my little guy won't eat anything today. I have crickets and roaches running around and he is ignoring them.

Yes, they will sometimes do that. At his age, he will likely be done within a day or so. As long as he starts eating again after that, nothing to worry about. I suggest extra long mistings while shedding. It can help them get through it faster.

He looks a little thin. What is your feeding regiment?

I mainly feed him roaches, I try to feed him as much as he'll eat but he only ends up eating like 3 at a time, I know that's kind of low but I don't know how to get him to eat more. Any suggestions? I want to make sure he is as healthy as possible.
