It seems like youve got the right idea about things to a large extent.
I do not recommend using ice in your dripper. The water will be too cold, and can cause him health complications.
Id also recommend filling in the empty areas to some extent. You do want some open spaces, but adding some branches on the right side will make it easier for him to regulate his temperature.
I believe that one UVB bulb is suffecient, though Im not familiar with using CFL or glass terrariums that large.
Id also recommend not running the fogger all day. Im not sure if you do, just wanted to mention it.
He needs dry periods during the day. It will help ensure he doesnt develop a respiratory infection.
Do you mist him? Even if the humidity is kept up, youll need to mist him at least three times a day. The water hitting them triggers a drinking response, and it gives them a chance to clean their eyes.
