Help! Peach fuzzs eye looks wierd!

I found out whats wrong his eye has some stuff in it from the water, how do i get it out for him.

I would try giving him a good long misting and see if that helps.

he cant fully close that eye

one eye looks completely fine though so maybe it happend at night and he didnt want to move idk but he blinking trying to get it out

he can fully open both eyes now but one still has debry in it

the reason i bought the dripper was beacause he was looking thirsty but i found a hand mister and im gonna use it every day now

How have you been misting? By hand or a system?

You may have to get that eye looked at by a good chameleon vet if it's the same for more than today. It does look like there might be something in it. Remember though, that I'm not a vet and can only give you my best guess.

mist king but it only misted about 25% of the enclosure so im gonna buy anothe mist head to get the other part

both eyes look fine now but i dont have the best view cause he went to his sleeping spot

he can open both eyes fully now and close them easier so i think i made progress with the misting!

@Thatcher, I feel your panic in your posts, but Peach Fuzz is going to be ok. He’s not moving because his vision isn’t 100% and it’s instinct not to move when he can’t fully see what predators are around. It sounds as though he has something stuck in his eye that is irritating it and will need a vet to flush it if he can’t dislodge it on his own. If you have some sterile saline or water, you could try gently dripping over his eye. Any more than that is best left to the vet. Keep giving him some extra misting time as that may help him to clean the debris out on his own.

I wish I could hug you and reassure you better. You’re a good cham keeper and stuff happens to all of us, no matter that we do everything right. Now go find your mom and get a nice big hug from her...or your dad. It’ll help soothe your anxiety and your parent will love it.
